Ingredients

**Nettle, *echinacea, *elderberry, *ginger & **rosehip
*Organically grown
**Wildcrafted

Directions

1 teaspoon per cup of water.
 Pour boiled water over & steep until the strength you prefer.
3 teaspoons per teapot & fill with boiling water.
Let steep 10 minutes or until cool. Strain & enjoy.
