An all natural topical spray made just for bedtime. Tuck in to a deep sleep with this relaxing nightly ritual. Made with magnesium chloride which is one the most bioavailable and easily absorbed sources of magnesium.

Lightly scented using organic essential oils that provide extra relaxing and soothing benefits.

Approx. 10 mg of elemental magnesium per spray. Avoid contact with eyes & broken or irritated skin. May cause slight itchiness or tingling - this will decrease over time.

Directions

Shake well, spray on bottoms of feet, lower abdomen or neck & shoulders.

Adults: Start with 6-8 sprays and build up to a maximum of 20 sprays per day.
Children: Start with 2-4 sprays and build up to a maximum of 8 sprays per day
