Directions

Massage 1 teaspoon onto feet, shoulders, abdomen or sore muscles once a day (ideally at bedtime).

The best

This magnesium balm is made with such good ingredients and it really helps. I rub it onto my legs and neck every night. I sleep better and my aches are gone.

Cramps gone

I am using this for leg cramps and they have hugely diminished in just a short time. Will definitely purchase again
